How to send your image to us
If your photo is already in a digital format or if you have access to a scanner, then you can send your photos directly to us via email. Please check out our scanning guide for how to send us the best version or your original photograph. here at ReClick Photo we recommend that you use email as it is quicker, and all things are sent securely - nothing gets lost in the post! To send your image via email you simple attach a digital copy of your image to your email and send to email@example.com.
Via upload service
If your digital or scanned image size is over 10mb we recommend that you use our upload service provided by www.wetransfer.com. to send your image(s) to us directly please insert our email address, firstname.lastname@example.org into the friends email section. please remember to add a message with your contact details using the message box so we know who you are and how we contact you to start processing your order.
In order to safely send your original photo to us we recommend that you place your photograph in-between two pieces of stiff card and insert into a padded , or board-backed envelope. Before sealing write a note stating your name, address, telephone number and an outline of your restoration/retouching requirements. Seal the envelope and write "Please do not bend" onto the outside of the envelope and address it to:

We recommend that you use Royal Mail Special delivery as it offers the highest level of insurance and it can be tracked if it gets lost in the Royal Mail system. We will send your origianl photograph back to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery and the cost will be added to the cost of your restoration/retouch. In the unlikely event that we are unable to restore or retouch your image the cost of returning your original photograph must be paid by you.
PLEASE NOTE: Any photographs you send to ReClick Photo via Royal Mail, other postal services, or courier is done so at your own risk. ReClick Photo will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any photograph or anything relating to it.
